The Del Mar Room is conveniently located across the hall from the Torrey Pines room. This room can also be divided into two rooms, and is equipped with high-speed capabilities. Floor to ceiling windows provide a productive positive environment. Built in counters provide an area for Breakfast, Breaks or Literature. Our Audio Visual specialists can provide specific equipment to meet the requirements of almost any meeting. Phone lines, projectors, power point and more.

Penasquitos Room
On the same hall as the Del Mar and Torrey Pines rooms is the Penasquitos Board Room, perfect for up to 12 people. This room is pre set with an executive board table and adjustable chairs. The Penasquitos room contains it’s own climate control, natural light, drop down screen, built in counter, adjustable lighting, and music. This room is a popular place for conference calls, board meetings, and brainstorming sessions.

Torrey Pines Room 
The Torrey Pines Room is our largest Room; it is 53’ long with Floor to Ceiling Windows the length of the room. Natural light is plentiful! This room can be divided to create two breakout rooms and IS equipped with high-speed Internet capabilities. All meeting rooms have Complimentary drop down projection Screens. And complete Audio Visual Services are available. Each meeting Room is equipped with temperature controls, adjustable lighting and blackout draperies.

Banquet on the Upper Patio
The Doubletree Del Mar boasts one of the most beautiful “Back Yards” in the neighborhood. The tropical oasis gives the feel of an island resort. Our guests and meeting attendees can enjoy meals outside in one of three patio areas. Groups of 10 – 200 can dine in the Tropical Paradise.

La Jolla Ballroom
Our MOST beautiful room, the La Jolla Ballroom is decorated tastefully with stone columns and chandeliers. Overlooking one of our beautiful, lush patios, the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. This room can be set for groups of up to 80 people for either a meeting or a banquet.
